This is a little bit of a harder post for me to write because I don’t like to talk about it much.  I generally brush it off and tell myself I’m not that overweight.  I’ll go to the gym tomorrow…..  I’ll just eat this last chip today….

It’s not a secret, I’m overweight and it’s obvious, duh.  But sometimes finding that motivation to put down the junk food and go workout is the absolute hardest thing in the world to do.  

I don’t want to hide that im struggling with it.  It’s probably better to put it out there so maybe someone else can make me accountable.  Or maybe because I know other people are reading this post that I’ll try harder to be a healthy person.

Maybe I will go to the gym today.
