First writing challenge

Standard

My topic is: If you could live anywhere in the world, rent (mortgage)-free for one year, where would it be?

Kwoted nominated me about 2 weeks ago and I haven’t had the time to participate due to house hunting, going to open houses, day to day life…. the usual excuses….

so…..
.
These are the rules:
Open an MS Word document (or Pages)
Set a stopwatch or your mobile to five minutes or ten minutes, whichever challenge you think you can beat.

Your topic is at the foot of this post.

Fill the word doc with as many words as you want. Once you begin writing, do not stop.

Do not cheat by going back and correcting spellings and grammar with spell check in MS Word (it is only meant for you to reflect on your own control of sensible thought flow and for you to reflect on your ability to write the right spelling and stick to grammar rules).

You may or may not pay attention to punctuation and capitals. However, if you do, it would be best.

At the end of your post, write down ‘No. of words = ______’ so that we would have an idea of how much you can write within that time frame.

Do not forget to copy paste the entire passage on your blog post with a new topic for your nominees and copy paste these rules with your nominations (at least five bloggers).

Here’s what I wrote in 5mins No of Words: 272

I think i would definitely want to live in europe. I guess that country is on my mind because I just went there with my husband a couple of months ago.  the specific city i would like to be in would be paris itself.  It’s just so amazing there.  The food, the architecture, the love, the lights, the beauty of the city centre.  we did travel further out of the centre, and to be honest, it does look like another city in the world with old an modern buildings etc etc…I would want ot live in the the heart of it all.

Or London, London is pretty amazing too, because theres so much hustle and bustle and the people just love life, or hate it too.  I noticed there were a lot of complainers around.  if this wasn’t working, or that wasn’t right.  I say, who cares! your’e in one of the the most amazing citizen the world! do you know how much history lies beneath your feet?  people have literally poured their souls into this city to build it, to create it, to even destroy it.  Now look at it!  full of pollution and cars, and tourists lol.  Ah well, it might be fun for a year two, but I think I would miss my home.

I would miss my beautiful british columbia.  I would miss the mountains, rivers, oceans, beaches, hikes, nature. I will miss listening to the birds chirp in the morning while walking charlie. I wil miss my friends, and family.  I will miss the fresh air!.  I guess I Haven’t really thought this through.  But sometimes …
